A new 25 cubic foot kiln has been successfully delivered to the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Cape Town. These photos capture the journey from delivery to carefully moving the kiln into place, a great example of the planning, teamwork, and care involved in handling specialised equipment. A big thank you to the University of Cape Town for choosing Kiln Contracts. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of this project and wish the team many years of successful firing.

Large heat treatment furnaces for Transwerk in Paarden Eiland and The Navy dock yard in Simonstown.

This Ashing furnace with cooling chamber was purpose built for Keytech engineered fabrics in Atlantis for their new plant. Used to burn off and clean the stainless steel filters.

This air circulating curing furnace built for Pyrotek in Richards bay for firing the cast refractory components for the local Aluminium industries.

This conveyer furnace complete with a quench bath was manufactured for Langsdale Engineering now Reine Metal in Pinelands.

Our latest shipment of kilns has arrived safely in Australia and is already being prepared for delivery to customers. Congratulations to the Fired Up Kilns & Pottery Supplies team on their move to larger premises in Heidelberg, Melbourne.
