These solid furnaces are ideal for all heat treatment processes such as investment casting, light engineering heat treatment applications, laboratory and scientific.

Construction is of heavy mild steel sections and plate, epoxy coated for maximum protection.  The lining 114 mm of insulating firebrick backed up by 50 mm of calcium silicate board.

Grooved bricks carry Kanthal A1 elements on the three walls and floor.  Floor elements are protected by ceramic hearth plates.  All elements are isolated when the door is open by the action of the door opening a limit switch breaks the circuit to the supply contactor.

A digital PID controller is standard or fully programmable controller is available as an upgrade.

Optional extras: 7-day delay start timers, alarm buzzers and warning lights.
